All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
United States: Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days
International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 15–31 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Seloria is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once the order is in transit.
