Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or report an issue.

As Seloria operates as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This may affect return logistics and processing times. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@seloria.org, including:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue, usually through a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including pet food or treats)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Pet hygiene or grooming products once opened

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, flammable items)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without requiring a return
